Кратко

SCA работает только с документом, в котором вы его открыли, и только внутри инфраструктуры Google. Мы не собираем, не храним у себя и никому не передаём содержимое ваших документов или личные данные.

К каким данным есть доступ

Аддон запрашивает два разрешения Google:

Просмотр и изменение документа, в котором установлен аддон (documents.currentonly). Аддон читает текст и форматирование этого документа, чтобы найти несогласованное оформление, и меняет форматирование, когда вы нажимаете кнопку в панели. К другим вашим документам доступа нет.
Показ меню и боковой панели внутри Google Docs (script.container.ui).

Где и как обрабатываются данные

Весь код выполняется в Google Apps Script на серверах Google. Содержимое документа не отправляется разработчику и третьим лицам. Аддон не использует аналитику, рекламу, cookie и внешние серверы.

Что сохраняется

Правила оформления слов, которые вы подтвердили, — в свойствах самого документа (Document Properties). Их видит аддон у любого, кто запускает его в этом документе.
Ваши профили оформления — в свойствах вашего аккаунта Google (User Properties). Они доступны только вам.

Разработчик не имеет доступа ни к одному из этих хранилищ. Свой профиль можно удалить кнопкой «Удалить профиль» в панели. Правила документа хранятся вместе с документом и удаляются вместе с ним.

Журналы ошибок

Если в аддоне происходит ошибка, Google Cloud Logging может записать техническую информацию о ней (текст ошибки, время, место в коде) в проект разработчика. Эти записи используются только для исправления ошибок и хранятся по стандартному сроку Google Cloud Logging (30 дней). Содержимое документа намеренно в журналы не записывается.

Соответствие правилам Google

Использование и передача информации, полученной через API Google, соответствует Google API Services User Data Policy, включая требования Limited Use.

Summary

SCA works only with the document you open it in, and only inside Google's infrastructure. We do not collect, store on our side, or share the contents of your documents or any personal data.

What the add-on can access

The add-on requests two Google permissions:

View and manage the document the add-on is installed in (documents.currentonly). The add-on reads the text and formatting of that document to find inconsistent formatting, and changes formatting when you click a button in the sidebar. It has no access to your other documents.
Display menus and a sidebar inside Google Docs (script.container.ui).

Where and how data is processed

All code runs in Google Apps Script on Google's servers. Document content is not sent to the developer or to any third party. The add-on uses no analytics, advertising, cookies or external servers.

What is stored

Word formatting rules you confirm are stored in the document's own properties (Document Properties). The add-on sees them for anyone who runs it in that document.
Your formatting profiles are stored in your Google account's properties (User Properties). Only you can access them.

The developer has no access to either store. You can delete a profile with the «Удалить профиль» (delete profile) button in the sidebar. Document rules are kept with the document and are deleted along with it.

Error logs

If the add-on hits an error, Google Cloud Logging may record technical details about it (error message, time, code location) in the developer's project. These records are used only to fix bugs and are kept for Google Cloud Logging's default period (30 days). Document content is not intentionally written to logs.

Google policy compliance

SCA's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new date.
